Hello and welcome to We Are All Chef. This is our third episode
we are here in Chiang Mai, in the north of Thailand.
Lets go!
Tub, 28 years old, and is a chef of banana fritters
1- mix tempura powder, baking powder and sesame seeds
2- pour the coconut milk in little by little, stirring the mixture until it comes together
3- cut the bananas in two lengthways and three in width
4- dip the banana pieces in the dough
5- then place in boiling oil
6- let the dough brown (about 2min each side)
7- take out the fritters (place on a towel for any excess oil or if they are too greasy)
8- serve them still warm, along with condensed milk or honey
