Hi I'm Christine from GoProvidence.com
We all know
the holidays are full of family, fun, and merriment. And if that merriment included a little
too much egg nogg, then this will be prefect for you.
Continuing our series on
holiday recovery ideas,
we are here with Bret Malenfont,
General Manager of Coco Pazzo
in Providence,
whose going to give us a recipe to cure a hangover. Bret, what do you have for us today?
Thank you. What we'll be making today is on of our featured Bloody Marys here at
Coco Pazzo.
Firs you start off
with a glass with about half
tomato juice.
After the tomato juice, add 2 oz. of your favorite ***.
A little Worcestershire
hot sauce.
As well as a few spices.
And add in a little bacon. If you can't follow these directions with your hangover,
all of these ingredients will be listed below.
You want to shake vigorously for about fifteen to twenty seconds.
We're going to put a rim on this glass with our
house seasoning.
Back in to the glass.
Now comes the fun part. So on the skewer we place a grape tomato, a blue cheese
stuffed olive, a piece of celery, a jalepeƱo popper,
a piece of provolone and prosciutto wrapped,
a pickle spear
and a onion ring.
So what we have here is a Bloody Mary with the works that should cure anyone's hangover.
