And, likeability goes a long way on a cruise ship offstage. You know, if you are fun to
be around, you don't have to be the life of the party but just be a good guy, you know,
just..and also, you want to stay out of people's, there is a fine line between being likeable
and being approachable and staying out of people's way. Especially in the office. When
you, people are like, well, I don't know if I did, I haven't been doing that great because
I haven't been hearing anything from the office. They honestly, they don't want to anything
hear from you, except good reports. And they don't want to talk with you. They want to
spend their time doing their job and everything like that. So don't expect, you know, a pat
on the butt, or anything like that. You look at how you are doing in the shows and your
audience reaction, and how everybody enjoys working with you on the ship, or doesn't enjoy
working with you on the ship, and use that as a gauge to how you are doing at that job
in that industry, in the cruise industry.
