Tonight is such a cool event, right?
This is the Hunger Games premiere.
We get to see this before anybody else in the country.
We work with CenturyLink hand in hand to build the
best networks in the country,
and we co-sponsored this event.
We have over 500 people attending in Kansas City.
We have fourteen cities nationwide where we're
offering this.
It's about appreciation.
You know, it's the end of the year . . .
to say thanks.
We really wanted to take a chance and reach out and
explain to our customers: family's important,
you're important.
It's about relationships, not just about doing business.
This is a nice opportunity,
and it shows the nice relationship
we have with CenturyLink.
You have so many business relationships and so many
times where you're just working on a business level.
It's kind of nice to get everybody together on a
personal level and kind of talk
and just meet families.
And put the business aside and just get
to know people as people.
It's nice to be able do something that's not so
tightly related to the business and get an
opportunity to share it with my daughter,
who is going to join us for the movie.
You have to have good relationships to have
a successful business.
We don't get a chance to do a lot of this;
our schedules are so crazy and busy.
This sort of forces us all together for the evening.
Your network is our backbone,
and we don't move freight without you guys.
So they're merely vital to us,
and we spend a lot of time working on this
relationship, and tonight is a good example of that.
We collect data on behalf of our clients to look at
customer experience, and CenturyLink provides all
of the networking and data hosting for our services.
So they're a very integral part to our offer.
Moving lots of data is important for us since
we're a highly digital process organization,
and CenturyLink provides a lot of that foundational
connectivity between our facilities,
especially here in Kansas City.
We have a great relationship with
CenturyLink, and you know, we rely on you guys from a
Telecommunications standpoint.
And it's a good partnership for us.
Every year the relationship has expanded
and continues to grow, and it really is a testament
to them understanding our business.
We've got a 24/7 business that we run,
and we can't afford to go kind of that
mediocre step, that status quo step.
We have to have the good stuff,
and we have to make sure that we have good quality
out there, and that we have our systems up and running.
So, that's why we chose CenturyLink.
