You have a two month old and you're wondering what can I do to work on his or her physical
development? Hi, I'm Dr. Donna with some tips on how to promote physical development with
your baby. One thing you can do is start interacting with them moving their legs moving their arms.
You want to be really gentle. Babies love it when you touch them. They love infant massage
touch. They just love rubbing and moving their legs. Be gentle move them back and forth.
Cross them move them side to side. Your baby will give you a clue if they're a little over
stimulated by what you're doing so make sure you keep an eye on that. Give them a squeaky
toy, okay. This is a little obnoxious squeaky but let them see the squeaky toy. Let them
maybe feel it. Put it in their hands and squeak it. Move their hands side to side with the
toy. Also, you can take a simple rattle or shaker. Put it in their hands again crossing
mid line with your baby. Let them shake it. Let them hear it. Let them feel that sensation.
Also, some babies at this point their coordination is still really you know kind of uncoordinated
I should say. Put a sock in their hand. Move it around. See what they'll do. See if they'll
grab it. See if they'll try to shake it off. You'll never know just stimulate your baby
development with a lot of activity. Also, instruments of all types are wonderful. Put
instruments in there. I'm Dr. Donna and I should say I'm Dr. Donna with some advice
on stimulating your baby two month old development. Good luck.
