Hey there everybody, welcome to our first weekly lesson.
Your Mentorship Team Unplugged, Shauna
Shauna is going to introduce you to the entire Lifestyle Design Program
Hi everyone, I'm Shauna Alexander, one of your mentorship team members
and today i want to talk about this really quickly is we're going to all be sending
you an email that has an our lifestyle design program
and and
what it's going to say in there is all the materials that you need
for the habits of health that we are going to be talking about for the next week's
coming. And we want to invite you to engage in that also, you'll watch these quick short
videos
but we also want you to be able to
engage yourself, write down your own thoughts
what, or how it would apply to you
and so that is going to be an e-mail we're going to send you
and how we always want to start is what do you want
what is it
that you're wanting to create
and we want to start with that because we need to know where we're going
and we also want to look at where we are right now. So where are we right now and where
we want to go
And then get with your coach, They
will be able to help you
map out those steps that it is going to take to get you what you want
So we always what to start with that vision of what you want and we call it structural
tension
so you'll hear that word and uh... language over and over and we just
want to invite you to
know what that means and talk to your health coaches if you want to know more
and I'm going to pass it on to Diane

because this is all about creating that wellness vision for you and your life
yeah we all start this because we want to release our extra weight
but one thing we all very quickly learn in Take Shape for Life is that
Weight Release is just part of the process to get to reset to a healthy weight
as we continue the vision in creating a longer healthier life. As so how does our coaching program work?
well in your email with the attachment to this document and you see, that's why it's
this big circle, that the question is What do
you want and how can we help you created it. Your health coach is your guide for our entire
bio network of support
We have a suite of tools and resources available to help you create what you
want
so many tools and resources they can be overwhelming and that's why it's
important to stay in close contact with your health coach so that your health coach
guide in getting you connected with all the tools resources that you need to create
what you want in your life
And So speaking of that we have this third and final document in this email
that helps to summarized very succinctly
how we are different how doctor anderson's habits of health lifestyle program
is different for everything else out there
so
okay so our focus is always on creating optimal health
as opposed to going on a diet to lose weight because we know that those don't work.
Our motivation is about
what do you love enough to bring into being the love that something will pull you
forward into your vision
as opposed to what many of us have done in the past is we're so fed up with things being
not the way they want to be we're trying to get rid of something we don't want
that everybody else. In Take Shape for Life we move forward to what we do want
so we are always asking what can we bring into being, as opposed to what we want to get
rid of
Our orientation is to create
rather than to get rid of, or to problem solve and then finally we are focused on the
vison the outcome, rather than reacting to disease which is a western medicine has
become so in this document using invitation action
