JOHN CARSTARPHEN: Hi, this is John Carstarphen for Expert Village. And that's better, and
that helps us see things a little better in the image. It just picks up some of the shadows
while, at the same time, retaining the integrity of our lighting. The other thing we want to
add here is fog. We're going to make this a foggy night. We're going to take the default
settings, but we're going to lower the brightness to about 30%, and that really adds a nice
touch to the scene, too. It diminishes the intensity of the background enough, so that
we're starting with a very, very dim background. But as we move our eyes to the center of the
scene, things get brighter and that's what we want. We want sort of a graduated effect
from background to foreground. And finally, let's add one other kind of light, which we
have not really talked about, and that is volumetric light.
