really really dark and it becomes bitter. That’s something that’s very important.
Don’t keep it on too long, you don’t want it to be bitter, you want it to be just right,
just sweet. You want a golden brown. Lift up your spoon like this and just watch it
turn golden brown, a little bit browner than that. I’m going to show you how to put this
in the pan as soon as I can any minute now.
