hi I am Maurice Kok author of the book
the journey of an ascended master and in
this video this short video I'm going to
tell you about how to take a deep and
conscious breath in just in a few
seconds so stay tuned
taking a deep and conscious breaths can
be done in a few seconds and it can
change your whole reality in your whole
body so if you want to take it deep and
conscious breath you're breathing through
your nose all the way down into your
belly the first time you do this
you maybe have to force your belly
to get out and then you breathe out through
your mouth and you will when you do this
frequently you can figure out
that you can take so much air in
your body that's almost not possible so
taking a deep breath how do we do this
I'm going to show this for you and
it's actually done in a few seconds so
I'm going to put up my shirt so you can
see how I'm doing this with my body
so when you put you are breathing in
you are breathing in through nose
and you can see that my belly is rising
really big the other thing that you want
to do is to hold your breath for a while
because when you hold your breath
you're squeezing all your tense energies
in your body squeezing it out and when
you're releasing the air
through your mouth you release all the
tensions out of your body so I'm going
to show you another one more time I will
put my hand on my belly maybe you can
see it better than
when I'm doing this and I keep
breathing my air in my body I'm
breathing all the way to my belly
filling it all up and when it's all
filled up I'm breathing deeper and
deeper into my toes when I've
reached that point and I've reached that
feeling of expanding of all the air in
my body I will release it in all the
tensions who are stuck in my body and
breathing them out so it's very easy
very quick and it can help you with a
