In MTB we often need to raise the front wheel
to tackle certain obstacles.
For this example and to demonstrate the different pressures needed on the bike
we have come to the mini jump park in Les Gets, to a table.
The objective is to ride the bump
by getting the front wheel on top of the table.
To do this it is important to first apply pressure on the handlebars
So you can pull them up to get the front wheel on the top
and to help this movement
to push with the legs
just after putting pressure on the handlebars
So you can actually lift the bike and get it on the flat part of the table, opposite us.
In the case of a table, it is possible
once on top - to apply pressure on the handlebars again
and engage your shoulders to accelerate for the descent.
