Hi, this is Rich Buccola of New York City and today I'm going to show you how to make
coconut shrimp with orange marmalade dipping sauce. Coconut shrimp, let me tell you what
I know about coconut shrimp. I remember in like the early 70's I was a kid and my aunt
went to some luau and when she got back she talked about this coconut shrimp and she was
right in the kitchen buying it, making it. So I'm going to have to say based on that
it probably comes from some Hawaiian decent being that you are putting coconut with shrimp.
I mean, there's a lot of coconut in Hawaii. I guess it makes sense. But today I'm going
to show you how to make it, I'm going to show you just how easy it is. It's a great, great
appetizer. Everybody love coconut shrimps. I mean at my house forget it you can man them.
We won't even tell you how the story today because there would be no leftovers. That's
how convinced I am of just how good this meal is. It can be pricey depending on shrimp but
I'm going to go over every aspect. I'm going to show you ingredients, hardware, what you
need, cost, and if there is any storage. But, I tell you, if you have Uncle Lenny like at
my house there's never any leftovers when it comes to shrimp, but if not I'll show you
