Both myself and Chad, who we started with,
have fire and police in our family,
and we just heard some of the care that they were
getting was not at a higher level.
That's a big thing for T.O.P.S. Physical Therapy--
being able to serve those who serve us.
Everybody just smiles right when they walk in.
It's just a happy environment. There's always people singing,
and there's always people dancing.
We all have a joke that
everybody wants to go to happy hour when they leave here
and we're like, "It is happy hour here!" We have no
desire to go do anything when we leave,
because we're so happy and we have so much fun here
I think that's a huge differentiator.
People come here and they want to be here.
I think myself and the creator of WebPT
probably think the same [laughter]
and so the way that it flows is very similar
to the way that my note taking flows.
So, therefore, it has just been an easy transition.
I did a fellowship and I had to work on
a different [EMR] system and it was awful [laughter]
It was just like, "Ugh, I hated it."
WebPT and I--we vibe. [laughter]
I'm able to do my notes and get them finalized.
The front office is able to take that and get it billed.
Then, the patient can call in and say
"How many visits do I have, or can I make an
appointment for this? Or, can I do this?"
When a patient calls in, they think that
we have our stuff together.
When that system is seamless, it makes it easy on everybody.
I have yet to use a program as efficient as this one.
People are able to get that appointment reminder
beforehand, and if something comes up, they're able to look ahead.
I think the patients appreciate it and we do, too.
It's really helpful, and we've seen a lot of
cutback on cancellations because of it.
WebPT helps us a lot in ensuring that
we're able to satisfy our patients to the best of our abilities.
As of right now, we've had a 99% satisfaction rate.
We've been able to double our patient numbers year to date,
which has also allowed us to double our staff.
WebPT then allows us to bring in more patients and
provide more care for more people.
It definitely gives us all the opportunity
to make our company more successful financially.
It gives you more time to spend with the patients,
which is really what I want to do.
That's huge, and obviously patients appreciate that--
that's why they're here.
They want to be able to have the one-on-one time.
We can bring the laptop over, the iPad over--
or whatever it might be--and show them exactly
"Hey, this is where you started; this is where you are now."
They want to see change.
They want to see change for the good and obviously experience growth.
WebPT allows us to do that.
