I'm getting 60 minutes of physical activity. It looks like you're dancing.
Dancing is a great way to get physical activity.
You know, exercise? Well, I love dancing.
Then join me! [Music]
Dancing can be quite a workout! I had a blast!
I'm really thirsty! We need to rejuvenate ourselves.
What would be a good choice? Lets see. We have chocolate milk,
sports drinks, and soda. A sports drink has to be better.
Actually, chocolate milk is full of nutrients, which is what you need
after a workout. Ah, nice and cold.
And it's delicious! And a healthy choice! It's easy to get 60 minutes
of physical activity per day. You can dance, play a sport, ride a bike,
or just go for a jog. >>(Male Announcer)
