Three things you need to do if your child or loved one is questioning or arrested for
a drug offense. One, do not make any statement to the police, school personnel, social services
without first speaking with an experienced defense attorney. Do not consent to a search
of your home or car. Secondly, contact us. Third, do not enable your child or loved one
to use drugs. Drug offenses are prevalent in today’s world. Young people in their
early 20s are dying from drug overdoses. We can help you. We can convince your child that
is in your best interest if they don’t want to spend a lot of time in custody to get into
a drug program. We can assist you if your loved one is using drugs and keeps doing so
even if you tell them not to do, not to use drugs. We can assist you trying to not enable
them and get them the help they need. We’re experienced in juvenile court, adult court
with these kinds of offenses. We handle these kinds of questions every day. My name is Michael
McGlinn. Give us a call at 619-291-5115. Thank you.
