your feet. Hands again, up. Interlock your fingers. Inhale and start. Nice stretch, as
if you are yawning. Nice stretch throughout the body. It will tone up all the muscles
in the body. And keep observing where you are getting maximum stress. Slowly come back.
Slowly in-exhale. Loosen your body and exhale. Take left turn or right turn by the help of
the hands, get up.
