Hey Marlon Brando!
In my opinion, "Elite Squad 2" is one of the best films of the year!
"Elite Squad 2" is a watershed in Brazilian cinema in terms of quality, and public distribution!
"Elite Squad 2" reaches audience of 6.2 million, becoming the most watched Brazilian film from "Retomada" (1991)
Help this successful happen with other movies in our cinema! VALUES THE BRAZILIAN FILM!
Well guys, I'm here in Cinemais Guará!
I'm here to watch again the movie "Elite Squad 2"
session at 17:00 hours
5 minutes left to start the movie
It will be the second time that I'll be watching the movie
And this is it, I'm going or I'll miss the movie!
Well folks, today I'm here to talk about the movie "Elite Squad 2"
that by coincidence I watched the movie two times
and certainly
worth it
and worth the ticket!
Well, first I wanted to say that watching the movie in theaters
and then watch the movie on your computer or on DVD
are completely different things
because for me the cinema is one thing you have to FELL
the emotions of that moment when you see the film being projected on the screen
"Elite Squad 2" and the second provides
a great experience in this sense,
because you get
be moved by the events
or focus with the action scenes
and the screenplay of "Elite Squad 2" provides that, because it is genial!
it involves the viewer in the film's story
and beyond the screnplay
we have an incredible technical quality
for photography, the direction of José Padilha
with that thing of "handheld camera" following the characters
well ...
the performances of the supporting actors are great
supporting actors shine in film
Wagner Moura do not even have to say about him
He's perfect!
And all of those things together provide an unforgettable experience
worth clapping for Brazilian Cinema!
that certainly rose another level
with the Elite Squad 2
and can only continue to produce quality films
in the domestic market
if have public
if you valorize Brazilian Cinema
if you watch the movie in theaters!
Well, about the story ...
I do not mean like this:
"Watch the two is better than one
the first is better
because of
the two arrive
the issue of corruption
through two different outbreaks
Being the first focused on the story of how corruption happens
in the streets, how it happens
between police and traffickers
right?
And in the second
because it focuses on the corruption case
then there is a whole political scheme involved behind
a corrupt system behind it all
what is clear
generates money
The second film is much deeper
up because the character of Wagner Moura
that 's it like this:
"Does everything I did
to end this system
is it worth it all I've done?
because
I basically spent my whole life to fight the system
and would cause an impact? "
it is also clear we have a policy issue in depth
that deserves
Elite Squad in 2 ...
Well, before I watch the movie
I watch the two previous films of Jose Padilla:
The documentary "174 Bus"
who talks about the indifference of society and State
generates violent indivídeuos
and marginalized
and the "Elite Squad 1"
focusing on corruption
how that corruption occurs
then we have corrupt cops
working in slums
work in drug traffic
we have honest cops
as Captain Nascimento
and how that repression is not the main means of solving the problem
that thing of war, to suppress
does not reach the root of the problem
and there we have "Elite Squad 2"
that will show why that corruption happens
The "Elite Squad 2" will focus
at the root of the problem
if we analyze the "staff left" they say social inequalities
social differences ...
misery
generating violence
and "staff of the right" say that the crackdown is necessary
and only then can end the violence
And the director, he ...
he opts for either of the two theories
he chooses ...
blame the state
for generating violent people
and this is what it show in the "Bus 174" in "Elite Squad" and "Elite Squad 2"
At "Elite Squad 2", we have the character of Wagner Moura as ...
Coronel?
Coronel?
is he a coronel?
Now the character of Wagner Moura as a coronel
we have the character of Fraga
who struggle for human rights
The human face of direct to media exposes the violence and repression
during the invasion of Bangu I, a maximum security prison in Rio de Janeiro
In the film, the Nascimento Coronel is provided for under secretary of intelligence
and it converts the BOPE in a war machine
try to suppress and stop the trafficking of drugs
until he realizes that he ended up in the "system"
and the politics and politics only used his job ...
to stop drug trafficking
intended to replace the role of militias
These militias have been generating votes for politicians
It is then revealed a whole system of corruption in which politicians take advantage
to elect
Finally, through the film you realize that politics is a game of interests
which favors a minority ...
disadvantage and a majority
which are the lower classes
and especially in slums
that are controlled and repressed
by police and by society
MUST WATCH MOVIE!
