how important it is to have neck muscles but before you start doing bridges and tons of
reps be sure to start doing this. The regular bridge is holding the head but first you have
to be strong enough to sustain the position for at least 30 seconds. Go into the bridge,
bring your hands, your arms across your chest, on your toes and then you sustain.
Once you?re able to do this for 30 seconds then you start using repetitions.
