What you can do is, make sure your oven is hot and at the desired temperature, before
you put anything in it. I would recommend that you keep the oven a little hotter, maybe
ten degrees hotter, than what you want because, once you open that oven, to put your ingredients
in there, you loose a lot of heat. You want the oven to be a little bit hotter and then
once you put your items inside your oven, you close it back up and then you bring the
temperature back to the desired temperature. It's a mis-justice to put the items, inside
the oven, whether it be a cookie, a muffin or what have you and not at the right temperature.
For example, if you put your muffin in a cool oven, you won't have the crown on your muffin
you'll have a flat top muffin, which is not very pretty. It may taste good but it won't
be pretty. Now this bread is going to sit there for a good forty-five minutes, or so,
to get to the right size, then we're going to put it inside the oven.
