We'll go over to the other side but we lunge with it.
We shift our weight so that our weight is over to that side
And then as we inhale and open, our weight stays there.
So we've opened here with our upper extremities
But our lower extremities are still shifted over to the other side.
And we don't shift until we exhale and bring this arm over to this side.
And then we open and stay lunged over to that side.
Ok, you'll feel deeper trunk muscles working.
Maybe some of the serratus anterior & obviously it involves some lower extremity work.
It also involves a lot of balance.
So I call this the "over and present with a lunge".
