When you are ready to finish the wall,
do one last stitch. Keep this stitch loose.
Don't tie it all the way.
We have three holes to put the strands through.
There's this hole between the yellow strands.
This hole between the orange strands and this hole between the blue strands.
We are going to put three after this hole,
two after this hole, and three after this hole.
It's going to three, two, and three.
We are going to take each strand and wrap it around the near strand of
that same color and bring it up through one of those holes.
I'll start with my long green strand,
wrap it around the nearest green strand.
Bring it up through the yellow hole.
I'll take this yellow strand, wrap it around the nearest yellow strand.
Bring it up through the yellow hole.
I'll take this orange strand, wrap it around the nearest orange strand.
Bring it up through the orange hole.
Take the blue strand, wrap it around the nearest blue strand.
Bring it up through the blue hole.
Take the other long green strand,
wrap it around the nearest green strand.
Bring that up through the blue hole.
Take the blue strand, wrap it around the nearest blue strand.
Bring it up through the blue hole.
Take the orange strand, wrap it around the nearest orange strand.
Bring it up through the orange hole.
Finally, take the yellow strand, wrap it around the nearest yellow strand.
Bring it up through the yellow hole.
Now we have three strands coming through this hole.
Two strands coming through the middle hole and three strands coming through this hole.
Pull on all eight strands at the same time and then tighten all of them
individually. We've completed our wall lanyard.
Cut the strands off as long as you'd like them.
