So now I'm going to add one clove of garlic to my mixture here. I'm going to chop it up
just a little bit to kind of get it going in our blender here and remember this is raw
garlic so it is a little bit stronger. So if you don't like the flavor of garlic go
ahead and maybe do a half of clove or none at all, you don't have to use it. The second
thing I'm going to add is a little bit of dijon mustard and I know that may seem a little
weird but it is going to give it a really interesting tang. I love adding dijon mustard
to sauces because it gives it just a nice flavor and it is unexpected and you can't
really taste the mustard. But it just gives it like I said a unique flavor (I'm going
to add a little bit more) about two teaspoons of the dijon mustard. I'm going to go ahead
and blend it real quick to get those items incorporated.
