I think my favorite workout exercise is really just hiking in the canyons
here in California.
There's so many hills.
It's a challenge to me.
I'm in nature.
I get to clear my head.
I should do it more often.
As a matter of fact, I should leave here and do that right now.
But you know.
Which I probably--
maybe, hopefully I will do.
But when I do work out, that's what I like to do.
I like to be outside and I like to mix it up.
And I like to do yoga.
Yoga clears my head.
It allows me to just stretch and lengthen my body.
And just the whole process of it, the journey of it allows me to just calm
down and be balanced and be centered.
So I say yoga and hiking.
And then I just love sports.
So if I get a chance to be out, play some softball, touch football, all
that kind of stuff, some basketball, everything.
That's what I love.
