Alright, in a raw live food diet, we want to talk about meats. Most people on a raw
live food diet don't eat meat. It can be incorporated into your diet as long as you're combining
the meats at the proper time. Here, we're going to talk about fish. Now fish can be,
as long as it's fresh and harvested fresh. You can eat Sushi, raw fish. You can also
take the fish and marinate it in sauces. Put it in the refrigerator over night and you
can take that fish and put it in a dehydrator and dehydrate that meat. Dehydrating and then
re-hydrating it in possibly salad dressings and such like that. Otherwise, meats are not
what we want to be eating. Most meats create an acidic state from eating it. They create
uric acid, which ends up crystallizing. When it gets to a certain level in your body and
once it crystallizes in your body, it sends it to your joints and causes a lot of physical
problems down the road. So meats we do not eat.
