excuse to enjoy one—you just need a blender. You will need 1 banana blender 1 c. milk 1
c. yogurt 1 to 2 scoops of whey protein and large glass. Step 1. Peel the banana, break
it into chunks, and add them to the blender. Step 2. Add the milk and yogurt. Whole milk
and flavored yogurt will make your smoothie extra delicious, but they add extra calories.
Use skim milk and light yogurt if this is a concern. Step 3. Add the whey protein. Always

until the mixture is slushy. Add fruit like blueberries, strawberries, or peach slices
