You should feel welcome. That's why
I go to this office at 7:30 every morning when I'm in the country
I light the candle lights, I light the fire place
I make the coffee and I put the music on and then I'll leave again.
So the guy that gets here, or the lady that gets here first, When they open the door
it's not a cold building they walk into. There is music,
Bach, there is candle light, there is smell of coffee. So they feel welcome
they feel important that the company cares about them.
I think that's important that you get a good start.
I think that's very important by the way. Instead of you walk in the door and somebody
starts telling you: why didn't you send me that email yesterday or whatever.
If you're welcome you feel safe i think it's important that you have a space
that is cozy, that is warm that is welcoming
because we are some kind of animals and we like to be together
have the fire and see the water. We are so fortunate that we can see the water
from where studio is here in Denmark. Just to be able to see that water
that stands for creativity as far as i'm concerned. That is important.
It's very important that there is a good atmosphere,
there is acozy atmosphere, because I think
we all do better.
