Hi, I'm Anne Mooney. I'm a personal chef in Orlando and Winter Park, Florida. I'm here
today on behalf of Expert Village and we're going to talk about some more, about beer
can chicken. Right now, I'm going to prepare this grill to cook this chicken. So, the first
thing we want to make sure is that the grill is clean. Even though the chicken is not going
directly on the grill and this is a gas grill. You still will get awful sort of burn greased
flavors in your chicken if the grease, if the grill isn't cleaned. So we're going to
clean off the grill and then we're going to light it and we're going to let this grill
get up to 350 degrees, no higher. Now with a gas grill it's easy to regulate the heat.
With a charcoal grill it's a little tougher. And you can use an oven thermometer to see
the temperature of that grill. What you want is the grill fire burned down to white coals.
And then you want the interior temperature of that grill with a lid on it, to be 350
degrees. Once it gets there, you're ready to pop that chicken on there. So, get ready!
