Hi! This is Josiah Owen with Expert Village, and today we'll be talking about making sweet
potato and squash vegetarian lasagna. Now we're going to talk about getting our tomato
sauce ready for your lasagna. Our recipe calls for 24 ounces of tomato sauce. That's roughly
3 cups. Each cup equals 8 ounces. If you have one of these, it'll actually tell you how
many ounces are in there. It's a nice little measuring that is ounces and cups. We got
1, 2, 3 cups, and a little bit more because we kind of have those. There's your 24 ounces
right there. After this, you can go ahead and mix your tomatoes in if you want to.
