You’re getting a lot of feedback. Great!
Now you need to help your community gather all of that feedback and
maybe even help you prioritize it.
There are a few services that help you do that very well.
One is called UserVoice.
Another one is called Get Satisfaction. You could also use just a standard forum but,
those two add something which is very helpful.
On UserVoice, you can check feedback.seesmic.com to see how we do it,
users can suggest anything about any of your products or anything around your brand.
They can give you an idea, it can be a bug if it’s software, complain about something…
Then users can vote on it. They can help you prioritize and let you know what’s really important for them.
Many companies and products have just been growing by delivering what people really want.
Of course, those forums don’t let you innovate per se. They let you fix and improve the products, add features.
It creates a form of a community because people see in public that you listen.
They see that you deliver things they want. That keeps the trust, builds the trust and makes them happy.
It’s very important.
