When somebody wants to come out and buy something in the Hamptons I think there are a number
of things that they really need to review and consider. Each of the Hamptons has its
own little flavor and character; so I think that's one thing. I think you should come
out, spend some time, enjoy it, have a couple of nice weekends, because each one is a little
different. But when it actually comes to buying a house there's so much information that both
that a buyer will be given that they'll find a lot online themselves, they'll find a lot
from their broker, and I feel sometimes the information creates this feeling in people
that they just have to analyze this. They have to see it as an investment, and I tell
buyers yes that's important, but what's even more important is you're coming out here to
enjoy it. Find a house that you love, that moves you, that you're going to be able to
come and enjoy and feel good and relax. So, that's what I feel is actually one of the
little known challenges that people have to realize and identify.
