Freshly chopped garlic and chilli padi is a must-have
at a meal.
Our first dish, noodles cooked with crabmeat
and it's best eaten with a dash of vinegar.
Lunch today we ordered two types of noodle. Our second type of noodle
is the fried tung fun, to add a little bit more kick to the taste,
just eat it with a little bit of chopped garlic and chilli padi.
Coming up now is our order of the mixed platter
which has a combination of fried stuff, you tiao,
tau pok, meat rolls and meat balls.
And now, the highlight of our lunch, we have ordered the roll crab
and the meat crab. The crabs are salt-baked
and once the crabs are cooked, garlic oil will be poured inside.
To eat the meat from the shell, just used the back of your spoon
and scrape the shell clean. Then, eat directly from the shell.
As for the clamps, you may just need to break it, with a hammer.
Between five of us today, we had 12 crabs.
We wanted to order more but the restaurant was
out of crabs.
