We had two choices between recruitment and retention.
And we were all surprised by this result, but very encouraged.
First what they need to do is collect and organize educational resources.
We need a historic perspective to see it. We really want to look at the impact review.
Whether or not employees are actually identifying um that they are proud to work for an organization.
We do this because we get hours of free consulting from all of you on a really important issue.
If there’s a really cool opportunity within the department.
We do this because we like to watch you squirm in all of the work you do to prepare but also
are just as impressed with the way you come together as teams. Find that really inspiring
and amazing. Want to set out to reach how many of those
students.. So we’re coming to you because we actually
think you guys will have ideas for this. So we think you’re going to access other resources
but I think some of the best ideas will come from your very thinking about it.
We want to keep improving the mentoring program… Ah, Thursday we worked from about twelve to
six, and then each of us in between that about six and then the rest of the night each of
us probably put in a couple hours and then Friday we were there from about 11:30 until
about 11:30 (11:30). Almost 20 hours. Yeah, yeah. And then we went home and we had some
other stuff to do and correct on our own so we were probably awake until about 1:00. And
then getting here at 7:00 on Saturday. To combat burnout so again it’s just like
they are recognizing like people leave because this is a high pressure job…
We’re going to be asked to do this in the work place.
I have never gone through such a time intensive process before where you have to do something
from start to finish and make it look professional, and you know, come up with a really good idea
and all of that in two days. I think if you want the chance to stretch
and grow and you’re interested in anything related to local government, um human services,
this is the place to be.
