Hi my name is Karl James owner of Creolesoul Catering located in Round Rock, Tx and on
behalf of Expert Village I'm here to show you how to make Boudin. Okay now we're going
to start stuffing our boudin and I got my best friend Denise Robinson who's going to
help me out here so let's see what we can do. Now she's going to help guide the castings
on the tube as the meat goes through our mixture goes through and starts to fill up and we
got it threaded so we got plenty of castings on there. The thing is once we start the grinder
or the stuffer you probably ain't going to hear so we'll start doing something right
now and then we'll answer any type of questions if any thing like that so let's do it. So
I'm going to fill up the hopper with that mixture.
