Start out by putting brown sugar, low-sodium soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl.
Mix well with a spoon.
Then, pour the marinade over the uncooked chicken and let it marinate for a few minutes.
In a skillet over medium to high heat, add the garlic and marinated chicken inside.
Spread the chicken out evenly and let it cook for 4 minutes. Halfway through, flip the chicken over to the other side.
Add the pineapple in the skillet and spread it out evenly.
Let everything cook for 1-2 minutes.
Season it with pepper and mix well.
The chicken is done when the inside is no longer pink.
Cut a few pieces of chicken to check.
