Hi guys welcome back to wickfree tv its me Alexandra sorry if im looking a bit ropy but
im having my eyes done this week and im now allowed to wear any make up not like its really
going to help but hey. Anyhow i wanted to do a very short video for all of you guys
who think your businesses are a bit quiet, quiet meaning no scentsy parties, no scentsy
sales or no scentsy recruits. Want i want to say to you if the business is quiet you
really need to look at is it you who has just been quiet. I constantly have heard and read
facebook groups which is full of the different consultants not just our team about people
having quiet times and my personal favourite its always quiet in those months beginning
with J. Its not actually if you are constantly bringing new blood into your business be that
consultants being that if thats going out having parties and basket parties, doing fairs
and shows or your constantly finding new customers by having a great facebook page, or a good
website, or blogs or whatever it is that you do then you will find you dont have a quiet
july, and a quiet june infact you will find you will have a amazing business all year
round, Scott and i are constantly working on ways throughout the months on how we can
hit our sales targets, there are a number of different ways and you can trys these too,
we will do a text out once a month with a special offer, you should always start the
month with a text out and a special offer, remember with the new element warmers which
are on combine and save so you can split those in half and thats giving a person a warmer
and 3 waxes for 40 euro thats super cheap and such a cheap introduction towards scentsy
or if you know Mothers Day is coming up send a text out then i will do free gift wrapping
and a card, these are simple cost effective things to bring you new customers and get
your excisting customers coming back to you, can i just chip in there, please do he can
never keep queit, it doesnt matter what Alexandra says and all the tips she will give you you
have to be consistent with it that is the main thing consistency every single time,
send your text out around the same date every month, send your email and newsletter. I have
to say if you have a facebook page, please be consistent on it, the number of facebook
pages we see set up and they will do a brisk business maybe for 2 or 3 weeks, and then
thats it. If you want to have a facebook page you have got to post daily, you have got to
post information and posts about your products, you have got to post stuff about you and your
life, you have got to post funnies, build a relationship with people, post inspirational
quotes, make it something that is personal to you, like a personal scrap book. All of
the things you are about to, including your Scentsy or Grace Adele business, so i your
business is quiet, look in the mirror check yourself, be honest with yourself because
you are not going to run a good business if you are not honest with yourself, its basically
your being quiet, at the end of the day i also hear you know one consultant would say
there business is quiet, then they would pass it down to another consultant who would then
take the negative feed off there business, its quiet its not its you. And for newbies
that is so unhelpful, we are all apart of a team so lets keep the negativity and the
negative talk oh my business is quiet or come and see Scott and I as we are here to help
you, to support you, we are here to offer you additional training, and mentoring and
support, we have ideas until the come out of our ears that we have picked up from other
people, information in the new training centre like if you want to do scentsy basket parties
its blooming with basket parties great training on there, there is loads of stuff on there,
what im trying to say is its your business, so if your business is quiet, get out there
today, revisit the list of 100, do what you have got to do, make a new list of 100, get
this business humming, because it will very soon be the busiest months of the year again
and we want to see you get those rock star sales and if you work your business every
single month, throughout the year then come october, november and december i always say
business wont come to you, but if you work hard all year business will come to you in
those big months, because you have worked your list and customers, otherwise we will
get your business, and you really dont want that, dont forget to subscribe to the channel,
