On behalf of Expert Village this is Dina Cutrone from Tall Order in New York City. Today we
are going to be showing you how to make a quick and easy Thai dinner. Then we are just
going to go really inch by inch. These are nice square pieces, if you can get them into
cube they are really good when you are putting them on the skewers. They are a nice size
for people to take a bite into them so you can see they are kind of this shape. So we
can put the skewer in and we usually put 2 on a skewer so everybody gets you know 2 nice
bites of chicken when they pick up a skewer. So that is it for the chicken the chicken
is done. What I'm with them I put them in with the marinade so you see we picked it
up and put it in there and just mix it around. Get it well coated and these are just going
to sit in here I'm not going to do for as long as I usually do. I usually do it over
night which is a great, if you have the time I would recommend doing it over night. Cause
the chicken really picks up the flavors it becomes sweet and gingery it is really delicious.
So you can do it for a hour you would just get less of a you know a ginger taste but
it would still be good. So here is the chicken, I'm going to actually cover it and then put
it in the refrigerator. You should always marinade in the refrigerator.
