Next Gina and I are going to come into a pose called Parighasana or Gate Pose. We're going
to come on up to our knees and bring our hips together, good. You want to position your
knees right over your shoulder girdle right over your hip girdle coming in to good alignment.
We're going to take our outside leg out to the side and bring our toes forward so you
want to press your little toe to your heel down and feel the energy moving all the way
down your leg tilting your tail bone down and reaching up through the crown of your
head. Inhale and reach your inside arm up to the sky. Turn your palm towards the opposite
side of the wall. Inhale, lengthen and exhale, slide your hand down your side, opening up
your side body increasing your flow of energy called piranha. Inhale, lift back up, reach
back to your partner's hands and exhale, slide back down, rotate your chest open, good. Then
releasing back up, good. Bring your knee in, hand comes down and you return to your thunderbolt
seating position.
