Hi guys, welcome to CreatovationTV and Dynamic Stretching for Creativity! This is a full
body dynamic stretch for increasing whole brain activity and boosting creativity. These
stretching exercises are designed to be done in the middle of your workday when you are
short on time. This is not meant to embody a complete stretching routine. The goal of
this dynamic stretching routine is to elevate activity in your central nervous system and
increase blood and oxygen flow throughout the body and brain. This sequence is also
designed to counteract the negative effects that the typical working environment has on
our bodies. We are all aware that sitting all day is not good for our bodies or our
brains. Current research is showing that even working out regularly will not reverse the
effects of sitting if you are bundling your workout into one block of time. The only way
to counteract the negative effects of sitting is to move more often. This 3 minute stretch
routine can be repeated throughout your day. Believe it or not, all of these efforts will
lead to greater creativity and productivity!
