Hi! My name is Carl James and on behalf of expertvillage.com, I am showing you a simple
hot, spicy Chipolte oven roasted chicken breast recipe. Any way, let's prepare our chicken
breast. What we are going to do is kind of pound our breast down this way. It will help
them cook a little bit faster and also kind of open up spaces in here and when we stick
it in the marinade, it will go all the way through. Some people may want to skin their
chicken breast. As for me, I am going to leave the skin on and I also like using the chicken
breast with the bone in it. I think it adds a little more flavor to the chicken when you
have the bone in it. So we will pound those down, both sides; get that pounded down. We
will take our marinade that we made and we will put our chicken breast, skin side down
first into the marinade. What we will do then is cover it and stick in the refrigerator
and 15 minutes in, we will flip the breast over and leave it in for a total time of half
an hour and then we will be ready to move on.
