Brown from the Hip Hop dance conservatory all here in New York City and we're bringing
you hip hop fitness. Okay I'm getting very sweaty here so I hop you are. Next thing we're
going to be doing is another modification on that push up but then again we want to
get strength and endurance into this one. So this one is going to be real easy, I'm
going to do it fast for you, then we're going to break it down. First we're going to come
down, out to that same push up position, push up, and up 1 2 then you want to do it fast,
down, out, push up, and up 1 2, down out, push up, and up 1 2. Now check it out, your
coming down, again make sure form is tight hold your body, push up, jump in, stand up,
1 2 you can do this to any 4, 4 beat again, down out, push up, and up 1 2 lets do it fast
5 6 and down out, push up and up 1 2.
