On behalf of Expert Village I'm Laura Banford. I'm going to show you how to make rock and
pasta salad and couscous lentil salad. Now we're going to make the dressing for our couscous
lentil salad and it's really very very basic. It is a red wine olive oil vinegarette, so
we're going to take our olive oil about a 1/3 of a cup of nice extra *** olive oil.
Our red wine vinegar about a 1/4 cup of that and I'm going to put my Mediterranean seasoning
in there again and some dry dill, I love dill. It just brightens up the dish and then I'm
simply going to whisk it together. Very simple I think I'm going to need a little more than
that, a little bit of the olive oil and vinegar and I'll whisk away and when we come back
we're going to assemble our couscous lentil salad.
