it's time for car vs car contest, every week two contestants will show off their
car to compete to win $100 Amazon gift card for me, and the winner will be
chosen by you in a poll at the end of this video, and here comes this week's
contestants,
hello youtube, today I have my 1986 Ford Thunderbird the 3.8 liter v6 with 120
horsepower and 205 foot-pounds of torque, this car is a real gentleman's cruiser
as it was called back in the 1980's, known as the aerobird this 9th generation
Thunderbird revolutionized aerodynamics as we see today in automobiles, this car
was bought brand-new by my great aunt given to my grandmother who then gave it
to me, my grandmother taught me how to drive this car about 16 years ago, this
is one of the most comfortable smoothest riding cars I've ever driven, with under
40,000 miles, this car has plenty of life to go
standard equipment in this base model Thunderbird included, power windows, locks
mirrors, power driver seat, air conditioning and rear window defroster
this car has a lot of sentimental value and I hope one day to pass this bird
along to one of my children, thank you so much for watching and please vote for my Thunderbird,
rev the engine, hey guys what's up this is my 1996 Impala SS, there's very few
of these cars made, this specific car has 62,000 miles on it, go ahead and show you
guys the engine, it's the five-seven v8 LT1 engine that
produces 330 lb feet of torque, this vehicle is in really great shape, hasn't
been modified at all really to be honest, the only thing that this car has is like
is an market stereo and the subwoofer setup that's about it, everything in the
car is bone stock original nothing modified, alright the interior of this
vehicle has leather seats all around, aftermarket stereo like I mentioned
earlier, right there, alright oh and like I said, I know you can't see it in the camera
but 62,000 miles on the dash, let's go to the back real quick, leather
seats as well, it also has an automatic transmission, this is subwoofer
setup right there, spare tire in the back, and yeah it's
about it, bought this in 2014 with 42,000 miles and of course the only thing I've
added is the stereo and subwoofer and those badges
right there, that of course since we know they add like ten horsepower to each
badge right, alright guys it's about it, it's my 1996 Impala SS, thank you all
nice day, well that was this week's videos and remember to have your car
shown here and to compete to win, email me a picture of your car and I'll choose
the best ones to show in next week's episode, so if you never want to miss
another one of my new car repair videos, remember to ring that Bell!
