African Bishops are threatening to break from the Anglican Communion over gay rights.
Following a request for tolerance, bishops in Uganda & Kenya have said back off or face
a rebellion.
A 92 year old transgender widow is being denied survivor benefits by US social security, who
say she was male when she married.
Robina Asti has been legally female for over 30 years and has been waiting over 6 months
for an appeal decision.
Bulgarian lawmakers have thrown out proposed legislation that would have criminalised being
gay.
They refused to pass the bill which would have seen prison terms and fines for people
being open about their sexuality.
Almost a year after Jamie Jackson was charged with assault by police during Sydney Mardi
Gras, all charges have been dropped.
The officers involved are still under internal investigation for their assault of Mr Jackson
during his arrest.
And finally, Christepher Wee was crowned Mr Gay Canada 2014 last night.
Christepher beat 7 other guys to the title in the competition at Whistler's Gay Ski Week.
