On behalf of Expert Village this is Dina Cutrone from Tall Order in New York City. Today we
are going to be showing you how to make a quick and easy Thai dinner. So then let's
mix this up and this is the bases for our marinade. We are going to put our chicken
pieces into this so you can see it gets a little bit wet from the olive oil but it kind
of have a nice consistency. You would see it would get more orange as we go on orange-yellow
which is the turmeric coming out. So later when we saute it I would show you after we
have marinaded it for a while you would see that really the turmeric takes over the color
over it. It also gives the chicken a nice kind of yellowish-orange look. So let's move
on to the chicken.
So here we go with the chicken and what I usually do it just trim it. So here is the
this is the tender so it usually I take this off. This is not usually the best meat to
use to cube cause I'm going to cube it so we can put it on skewers. So I usually put
that off to the side unless I need it I really don't use it. I would use it for something
else that I'm cooking that day. Then what I would do is I would just cut down and make
it into strips.
