Hi, this is Crystal on behalf of Expert Village today we are going to make my apple caramel
cake. We finished the glaze so now we are going to take the cake, it's cooled off a
little bit. We are going to invert it on to some wax paper. You can use aluminum foil
if you want. So just turn it upside down and then just let it fall out, there we go. I'm
going to dust off this flour here, it's just from the flour that we dusted on the pan along
with the grease to prevent it from sticking. The reason why I have this on the wax paper
is so that the icing that I'm going to put on here drips down we can just spoon it off
the wax paper and put it back on instead of messing up a nice dish.
