I'm Christopher Howell and I'm speaking on behalf of Expert Village. Now that concludes
our running. You got to remember to that with running, you got to cool down: that is just
as important as running. When it comes to cooling down, walking and jogging are just
as important. You come down to a slow jog, and then a walk. You would walk half of distance
to a quarter of a distance of which you ran. Some people might do a little bit less: the
main idea is slow your heart rate down so you don't get any type of sudden heart attack,
certain cramps, something that is really going to hurt yourself. So you start walking and
keep going and going and just relaxing, and once your heart rate comes down back to its
normal level and you want to begin stretching again, cause it is just as important when
you come to stretch. You got to keep it while it’s warm. If you don't stretch after you
finish running, your muscles will tighten up even tighter, and then later on you will
try to do things. That just doesn't work out the same. So we are going to get all the stretching.
One more.
