we felt as though the prior services that we have been receiving from from
other organizations were simply transactional
and what we were looking for
was
uh... something that was more sophisticated more uh... expense managed
uh... yet again picked to be a good customer service uh... uh... orientation
toward our employees. We didn't we're not experts are not at all so what CapRelo's been able to
do for us is to bring us experience research trends benchmarks
uh... initially to help us put together a very progressive
very good policy but as the years have passed
uh... and with the experiences that we gain together we've been able
to make adjustments to that policy
uh... and also you know things change within the industry
and they are very proactive in coming to us with uh... ideas and thoughts
about the policy so again it's been a good partnership
from a communicative manner
and uh... they've been very helpful in helping us put the policy together
uh... we actually make changes to it I would guess every other year or so
if there's something that has to be changed it's done in conjunction with them
