We're going to fold an open book, and it's actually going to have a menu and a place
card.
Okay, so what we're going to do is take your square, and we're going to fold two-thirds
of the way up. And then we're going to fold, I would say, about two inches up. And we're
going to insert your menu in the center.
Now we're going to fold in towards the edge of the menu. And then we're going to fold
back so you can actually just see these little pockets right here. And here is a great spot
where you can put the place card.
So I have Allison sitting at my dinner table, and I slip her in there, and then she'll reveal
her menu. So I take this edge and move it in again. I can match it up to that edge,
and then peel it back.
And it's a beautiful way that when your guest sees their name at their place setting, you
can open up and reveal the menu. So that'll easily just go back in, and again they can
reveal it to see the menu.
So this is how you fold an open book napkin.
