What will you be making? Semia Uttapam
Ingredients required to make Semia Uttapam
Vermicelli, Ginger Garlic Paste, Green Chilli Paste, Cumin, Onions, Coriander, Carrot, Cashews, Baking Soda, Salt, Oil
Take 1 cup of vermicelli for 2 cups of curd. Soak the vermicelli in curd for 2 hours
Now, grind the vermicelli with the curd into a batter
Add 1 cup of rice flour into the batter
Take a pan and heat some oil
Add 1/2 spoon of salt, ginger garlic paste, cumin, green chilli paste, some chopped onions, coriander leaves, baking soda, grated carrot and cashews
Pour the batter onto the pan and spread it out like a pancake
Flip it over once its cooked on side
Add 1/2 spoon of oil
Take it into a serving plate
