Hi, I'm Kara on behalf of Expert Village and today we're going to be making tofu chicken
nuggets. Now that we have out tofu cut into squares we're going to take them all and put
them into a sandwich size zip-lock bag. Into the zip-lock bag we are going to add the plain
yogurt, I know this probably sounds really weird but it gives it a good binding for the
outside (the breading) to stick to. To this we are going to add the salt and pepper, I
just kind of eyeball it however much maybe about a 1/4 of a teaspoon of each, I like.
But if you like it more saltier or peppery feel free to add more. Seal the bag and throw
it around to coat all the pieces. Stick it in the freezer to marinate, you can marinate
anywhere from an hour to 24 hours.
