\f0\fs24 \cf0 Hello! This is Marcus, I'm in the paradise Nicaragua right now, in the sunset.
And today I'm going to talk about the different diets that I use. The alkaline diet, the lchf
diet and also the raw food diet and why I combine them.\
\ Well the first one is the alkaline diet and
why I use it is because it basically focus on making your body and your stomach more
alkaline because with all the crap food we have today in the world, that most people
use is very acid for you. And too much acid is not good at all. That's going to create
diseases, because the body doesn't have a balanced pH level.\
\ And Alkaline diet is almost like Raw Food
diet. It has a lot of green vegetables, food like that, very raw natural food. But some
are not included like fruits because they are high in fructose, which is the fruit sugar
and that makes your body acid. Fruits are very healthy and full of good vitamins and
minerals but also they make you acid so too much of them is not good so that's why the
alkaline diet focus on a lot of green, healthy stuff, nuts and seeds, good oils and stuff
like that. So that's just a short description of the alkaline diet.\
It's very focused on the green, green stuff, especially green juices too.\
\ And then we have the LCHF diet. Which means
that you should cut out almost everything or all carbs. No carbohydrates at all. Then
you should eat, mostly fat. So LCHF stands for Low Carbs and High Fat. And, I like it
sometimes, it's not perfect because you know, it's\'85too much of anything is not good.
So that's why you need to balance it up and that's why I use three diets because I take
the best of all of them.\ \
So the LCHF diet I take because the fat is very slow. It converts to sugar and energy
in your blood very slow. So eating cheese, butter, coconut and fat oils, stuff like that
and nuts and seeds. Not every seed but especially the nuts are very high in fats but it has
to be the good fat. You can't eat crap. You need to make sure what kind of it is like
trans fat or mono saturated fat or poly saturated fat and what they are doing, and I can go
into that in detail in another video but I just want to give you a short overview of
what LCHF is so, that's the fat products. Which is good because it converts to blood
sugar very slow which doesn't give you the peaks, in your blood sugar that carbs do,
the carbs go very fast up while the fat goes very slow and then goes out like a nice curve.\
\ Raw Food stands for no cooking, no heating
up stuff because you destroy most of the nutritions in it so you keep all the nutritions in the
food which means like a lot of salads and different kind of ways of making food. There
are incredibles websites with a lot of recipes and I'm going to fill up with recipes on my
website too, but there are incredibles ways to do almost the same thing as the cooked
food but actually do it raw food, like lasagna. I have an incredible Raw Food Lasagna, that
I can include a link down here so you can watch it, it's awesome.\
\ And why is Raw food so good and, but Raw Food
includes also sweet products like fruits and honey, honey is actually the only animal product
that raw food uses. So there's no meat, it's just raw, pure, uncooked, unprocessed food
and of course it has to be organic and no additives to it because the point is useless
if you bad stuff in it. \ \
So thats three diets that I use and I take the best of those and you can read more on
the website about it and more in detail why i use them how i use them, why they're so
good and sometimes why they're not so good so I hope that give you some more clarity
on the diets that I use and see you in the next video.\
